Description
Originally formulated as the bead diluent for Muse® System Check Beads, the Muse® System Check Diluent is also validated for use with SpectroSort™ Beads during drop delay setup on the Cytek Aurora™ CS system. This buffer provides the optimal formulation when used with the SpectroSort™ Beads to maintain consistent event rates during the automated drop delay process, enabling reliable and reproducible drop delay calculations.
