What service contract options does Cytek offer?
We provide three tiers of service plans to fit your needs:
- Gold (Previous Comparable Plans: Complete/Premium)

- Bronze (Previous Comparable Plans: Basic/Preventative Maintenance)
What is included in the Gold plan?
The Gold plan provides unlimited coverage for repair parts, labor, and travel, priority or guaranteed response times, preventative maintenance, and unlimited technical support.
How does the Silver plan differ from Gold?
The Silver plan includes limited repair coverage (e.g., one full repair visit), preventative maintenance, and technical support, along with parts discounts on subsequent repairs.
What is covered under the Bronze plan?
The Bronze plan includes preventative maintenance, technical support, and parts discounts on repairs.
What is changing in the new service plans?
Most changes involve plan name updates, part number changes, and pricing adjustments. The Silver and Bronze plans now offer revised repair coverage and parts discounts.
Can I now consolidate/combine all my Cytek instruments into one proposal?
Yes, the harmonization of Cytek service contracts will allow for both spectral & imaging systems to be on one proposal.
How do I know which plan is right for me?
