The Armenian hamster monoclonal antibody 22F6 recognizes Helios, a transcription factor (intracellular antigen) expressed in some hematopoietic stem cells, and at high levels in thymic-derived regulatory T cells. The epitope is located between amino acids 51 and 107.

RECOMMENDED USAGE

Flow cytometry: The suggested use of this reagent is 5 µL per 1 million cells in a staining volume of 100 µL. If whole blood is analyzed, then use 5 µL per 100 µL. It is recommended that users titrate the antibody to obtain the optimal result for their specific application. The content of a vial (0.5 mL) is sufficient for 100 tests.
