Description
The antibody MEM-181 reacts with an extracellular epitope of CD25 (Interleukin-2 receptor alpha chain), a 55 kDa type I transmembrane glycoprotein expressed on activated B and T lymphocytes, activated monocytes/macrophages and on CD4+ T lymphocytes (T regulatory cells); it is lost on resting B and T lymphocytes.

RECOMMENDED USAGE
Flow cytometry: The suggested use of this reagent is 5 µL per 1 million cells in a staining volume of 100 µL. If whole blood is analyzed, then use 5 µL per 100 µL. It is recommended that users titrate the antibody to obtain the optimal result for their specific application. The content of a vial (0.5 mL) is sufficient for 100 tests.
