Description
The mouse monoclonal antibody 16A1 recognizes an extracellular epitope of CD140a / PDGF-RA, the 170 kDa alpha chain of platelet-derived growth factor receptor, which is widely expressed on a variety of mesenchymal-derived cells and plays pro-proliferative or anti-proliferative roles in various tumours.

RECOMMENDED USAGE
Flow cytometry: The suggested use of this reagent is 5 µL per 1 million cells in a staining volume of 100 µL. If whole blood is analyzed, then use 5 µL per 100 µL. It is recommended that users titrate the antibody to obtain the optimal result for their specific application. The content of a vial (0.5 mL) is sufficient for 100 tests.
