The mouse monoclonal antibody 17G10.2 recognizes an extracellular epitope of CD85g / ILT7, a member of leukocyte immunoglobulin-like receptor family expressed on plasmacytoid dendritic cells, but not on myeloid dendritic cells and other peripheral blood leukocytes.

RECOMMENDED USAGE

Flow cytometry: The suggested use of this reagent is 5 µL per 1 million cells in a staining volume of 100 µL. If whole blood is analyzed, then use 5 µL per 100 µL. It is recommended that users titrate the antibody to obtain the optimal result for their specific application. The content of a vial (0.5 mL) is sufficient for 100 tests.
