Description
The mouse monoclonal antibody BA5b recognizes an extracellular epitope of CD26, a 110 kDa type II transmembrane glycoprotein, which is a peptidase expressed on mature thymocytes, T cells (especially activated), B cells, NK cells and macrophages.

RECOMMENDED USAGE
Flow cytometry: The suggested use of this reagent is 5 µL per 1 million cells in a staining volume of 100 µL. If whole blood is analyzed, then use 5 µL per 100 µL. It is recommended that users titrate the antibody to obtain the optimal result for their specific application. The content of a vial (0.5 mL) is sufficient for 100 tests.
