The mouse monoclonal antibody 15-2 (also known as MR15-2) recognizes an extracellular epitope of CD206 (macrophage mannose receptor, MMR), a 162-175 kDa type I transmembrane protein expressed mainly on macrophages, dendritic cells and hepatic or lymphatic endothelial cells, but not on monocytes.

RECOMMENDED USAGE

Flow cytometry: The suggested use of this reagent is 5 µL per 1 million cells in a staining volume of 100 µL. If whole blood is analyzed, then use 5 µL per 100 µL. It is recommended that users titrate the antibody to obtain the optimal result for their specific application. The content of a vial (0.5 mL) is sufficient for 100 tests.
