Description
The mouse monoclonal antibody P1H12 recognizes an extracellular epitope of CD146, a 118 kDa transmembrane glycoprotein expressed on epithelial and endothelial cells, fibroblasts, multipotent mesenchymal stromal cells, melanoma cells, activated T cells and activated keratinocytes.

RECOMMENDED USAGE
Flow cytometry: The suggested use of this reagent is 5 µL per 1 million cells in a staining volume of 100 µL. If whole blood is analyzed, then use 5 µL per 100 µL. It is recommended that users titrate the antibody to obtain the optimal result for their specific application. The content of a vial (0.5 mL) is sufficient for 100 tests.
