The mouse monoclonal antibody H398 recognizes the extracellular domain of CD120a, a 55 kDa receptor for tumor necrosis factor. The antibody blocks biological activity of both natural and recombinant human TNF alpha and TNF beta.

RECOMMENDED USAGE

Flow cytometry: The suggested use of this reagent is 5 µL per 1 million cells in a staining volume of 100 µL. If whole blood is analyzed, then use 5 µL per 100 µL. It is recommended that users titrate the antibody to obtain the optimal result for their specific application. The content of a vial (0.5 mL) is sufficient for 100 tests.
