The Mouse T Lymphocyte Subset backbone panel consists of 3 anti-mouse antibodies, each conjugated to a different fluorochrome. This panel can serve as a backbone for identifying major T cell subsets, and leaves room for GFP or additional drop-in markers, if desired. A FITC version of this panel is available, where the anti-CD8a antibody is conjugated to FITC (Cat. No. 91-0000-U100).
