Description
The antibody HM57 interacts with intracellular domain of CD79a (Ig alpha), a 40-45 kDa subunit of B cell antigen-specific receptor (BCR) and its early developmental forms.

RECOMMENDED USAGE
Flow cytometry: The suggested use of this reagent is 5 µL per 1 million cells in a staining volume of 100 µL. If whole blood is analyzed, then use 5 µL per 100 µL. It is recommended that users titrate the antibody to obtain the optimal result for their specific application. The content of a vial (0.5 mL) is sufficient for 100 tests.
