The mouse monoclonal antibody VI-PL2 recognizes an extracellular epitope of CD61, a 90-110 kDa transmembrane glycoprotein of integrin family, expressed on platelets, megacaryocytes, osteoclasts, endothelial cells and other cell types, including leucocytes and smooth muscle cells.

RECOMMENDED USAGE

Flow cytometry: The suggested use of this reagent is 5 µL per 1 million cells in a staining volume of 100 µL. If whole blood is analyzed, then use 5 µL per 100 µL. It is recommended that users titrate the antibody to obtain the optimal result for their specific application. The content of a vial (0.5 mL) is sufficient for 100 tests.
