Description
The antibody MEM-85 reacts with an extracellular antigen of both cell surface-expressed and soluble form of CD44 antigen (Phagocyte glycoprotein 1), a 80-95 kDa transmembrane glycoprotein (hyaladherin family) present on the most of cells and tissues (leukocytes, endothelial cells, mesenchymal cells, etc.); it is negative on platelets and hepatocytes.

RECOMMENDED USAGE
Flow cytometry: The suggested use of this reagent is 5 µL per 1 million cells in a staining volume of 100 µL. If whole blood is analyzed, then use 5 µL per 100 µL. It is recommended that users titrate the antibody to obtain the optimal result for their specific application. The content of a vial (0.5 mL) is sufficient for 100 tests.
