Description
The mouse monoclonal antibody clone UP-H2 binds to human CD300e, also known as IREM-2 (immune receptor expressed by myeloid cells 2), CMRF35-A5, LMIR6, or CD300Le. CD300e is a 34 kDa type I single transmembrane glycoprotein and is a member of the CD300 family and of the Ig-superfamily. CD300e is expressed on monocyte and myeloid dendritic cells, but not on granulocytes and lymphoid dendritic cells. CD300e is an activating receptor through interaction with DAP12.
