The mouse monoclonal antibody clone 3F3 binds to human CD72, a 45 kDa type II transmembrane C-type lectin-like receptor expressed predominantly on B cells, from early precursor stages through mature B-cell subsets, as well as on some basophils and mast cells. CD72 modulates B-cell receptor signaling through association with SHP-1 via its ITIM motif, serving as a negative regulatory coreceptor. Clone 3F3 recognizes an extracellular epitope of CD72 and is suitable for identifying B-lineage populations and evaluating maturation or regulatory status in multiparameter flow cytometry panels.

RECOMMENDED USAGE

Each lot of this antibody is quality control tested using flow cytometric analysis. For flow cytometric staining, the suggested use of this reagent is 5 μL per 1 million cells in a staining volume of 100 μL. If whole blood is analyzed, then use 5 μL per 100 μL. It is recommended that users titrate the antibody to obtain the optimal result for their specific application.

Please briefly centrifuge the reagent vial before use.
