The mouse monoclonal antibody clone CF23A02R binds to human CD366, which is also known as Tim-3 (T cell immunoglobulin and mucin domain-containing protein-3). Tim-3 is expressed on activated monocytes, macrophages, dendritic cells, and mast cells. Additionally, Tim-3 is found on Th1 lymphocytes and functions as an inhibitory receptor involved in the maintenance of immune homeostasis and self-tolerance.

RECOMMENDED USAGE

Each lot of this antibody is quality control tested using flow cytometric analysis. For flow cytometric staining, the suggested use of this reagent is 5 μL per 1 million cells in a staining volume of 100 μL. If whole blood is analyzed, then use 5 μL per 100 μL. It is recommended that users titrate the antibody to obtain the optimal result for their specific application.
