cFluor® UV745 anti-Human MHC Class I (HLA-ABC) (W6/32)

Description
The W6/32 monoclonal antibody recognizes an antigenic determinant shared among HLA-A, HLA-B, and HLA-C human major histocompatibility complex (MHC) class I antigens. MHC class I antigens associated with beta2-microglobulin are expressed by all human nucleated cells and are essential for cell-mediated immune responses and tumor surveillance. W6/32 recognizes a conformational epitope, reacting with HLA class I alpha3 and alpha2 domains among products of the HLA-A, B, and C loci, and immunoprecipitates both 43-kDa and 11-12-kDa chains. Cross-reactivity is also seen in baboon, rhesus and cynomolgus monkeys.
The antibody was purified by affinity chromatography and conjugated to the fluorophore.

RECOMMENDED USAGE
Each lot of this antibody is quality control tested using flow cytometric analysis. For flow cytometric staining, the suggested use of this reagent is 5 µL per 1 million cells in a staining volume of 100 µL. It is recommended that users titrate the antibody to obtain the optimal result for their specific application.
Please briefly centrifuge the reagent vial before use.
Use appropriate personal protective equipment per the product safety data sheet when using this product.
