Description
The mouse monoclonal antibody clone CF23A01R binds to human CCR10, a seven-transmembrane G protein–coupled receptor for the chemokines CCL27 (CTACK) and CCL28 (MEC). CCR10 is expressed on subsets of T cells, including skin-homing and mucosal lymphocytes, as well as regulatory T cells and plasma cells. Through its interaction with CCL27 and CCL28, CCR10 directs lymphocyte trafficking to skin and mucosal tissues, supporting immune surveillance and epithelial barrier defense. Aberrant CCR10 expression has been implicated in chronic inflammation, autoimmune disease, and tumor progression.
