The P30-15 monoclonal antibody binds to human CD337, also known as activating NK receptor NKp30 (NKp30), and natural cytotoxicity triggering receptor 3. CD337 is a type I transmembrane protein, member of the natural cytotoxicity receptor family that contains one immunoglobulin-like domain. The CD337 molecule has an apparent molecular weight of 30 kD and six isoforms are produced by alternative splicing. CD337 is expressed on resting and activated NK cells and enhances NK cell cytolysis of tumor cell that are deficient in MHC class I molecules. CD337 has been shown to associate with CD59 and TCRζ.

The antibody was conjugated to a fluorophore and purified by affinity chromatography.

RECOMMENDED USAGE

Each lot of this antibody is quality control tested using flow cytometric analysis. For flow cytometric staining, the suggested use of this reagent is 5 µL per 1 million cells in a staining volume of 100 µL. If whole blood is analyzed, then use 5 µL per 100 µL. It is recommended that users titrate the antibody to obtain the optimal result for their specific application.

Please briefly centrifuge the reagent vial before use.
