The mouse monoclonal antibody NKTA255 recognizes an extracellular epitope of CD305 / LAIR1, a 40 kDa type I transmembrane glycoprotein expressed on NK, T, and B cells, monocytes, dendritic cells, eosinophils, basophils, mast cells, CD34+ hematopoietic progenitor cells and thymocytes.

RECOMMENDED USAGE

Flow cytometry: The suggested use of this reagent is 5 µL per 1 million cells in a staining volume of 100 µL. If whole blood is analyzed, then use 5 µL per 100 µL. It is recommended that users titrate the antibody to obtain the optimal result for their specific application. The content of a vial (0.5 mL) is sufficient for 100 tests.
