The mouse monoclonal antibody LMM741 recognizes an extracellular epitope of CD114 (colony stimulating factor 3 receptor), a 130 kDa transmembrane glycoprotein expressed on granulocytes and their differentiation stages, on monocytes, platelets, endothelial cells and placenta. It is absent from lymphocytes and erythrocytes.

RECOMMENDED USAGE

Flow cytometry: The suggested use of this reagent is 5 µL per 1 million cells in a staining volume of 100 µL. If whole blood is analyzed, then use 5 µL per 100 µL. It is recommended that users titrate the antibody to obtain the optimal result for their specific application. The content of a vial (0.5 mL) is sufficient for 100 tests.
