It also includes your first and last name, and mailing address to ship any prizes or Award items. Providing such personal data is voluntary. However, without providing such personal data, we may not be able to validate your Award entry, communicate with winners or mail prizes to winners.

2. HOW WE USE INFORMATION

We may use your information, including your personal information to: mail and deliver Award prizes; communicate with Award winners; verify your identity, including compliance with export controls, anti-bribery, anti-corruption, and internal ethics policies; share further marketing campaigns; and respond to your comments or questions about the Award.

We may also disclose the information if we are under a duty to disclose or share your personal data in order to comply with any legal obligation or request of law enforcement, or in order to enforce our Award Official Rules found here.

We will retain your personal data as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which we collected it, including communicating with Award entrants, prize winners, mailing prizes, satisfying any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements, to establish or defend legal claims, or for fraud prevention purposes.

We are not responsible for the privacy policies or practices of third-party websites that may direct entrants to our Award. Entrants should review the privacy policies posted on those websites to understand their rights.
