The mouse monoclonal antibody ASC-1 recognizes an extracellular epitope of CD49c (integrin alpha 3), a transmembrane glycoprotein composed of disulfide linked 125 kDa and 30 kDa chains, and expressed on adherent cell lines and to a lesser extent on T and B cells and monocytes.

RECOMMENDED USAGE

Flow cytometry: The suggested use of this reagent is 5 µL per 1 million cells in a staining volume of 100 µL. If whole blood is analyzed, then use 5 µL per 100 µL. It is recommended that users titrate the antibody to obtain the optimal result for their specific application. The content of a vial (0.5 mL) is sufficient for 100 tests.
