This 3 laser full spectrum cytometry overview poster shows how the Cytek Aurora's unique optical design is used to establish a full spectrum signature, or "fingerprint", for each dye used in your panel.  This allows the system to identify closely overlapping dyes in the same multi-color application (with careful panel design and reagent selection, of course). An example 24 color human immunophenotyping panel is shown on the poster with the data presented using analysis tools from OMIQ software.
