Easy Prosperity leads Investment Contributors in Advanced Medical and Life Sciences Instrument Technology Development

FREMONT, Calif., January 25, 2017 – Cytek Biosciences Inc., a leading manufacturer and supplier of flow cytometry products and services, announced today the completion of a $12 million Series B financing round driven by Easy Prosperity, a Hong Kong based investment firm.  Cytek Biosciences has previously completed a $12.25 million Series A financing round led by Easy Prosperity, F-Prime Capital (formerly Fidelity Biosciences) and Eight Roads Ventures (formerly Fidelity Growth Partners Asia). In total, the $24.25 million in funding will be used for the development of novel clinical and research tools that streamline workflows and deliver biological clarity at levels previously available to only few scientists.
