Description: BMS154 (TNF-D) specifically reacts with natural human TNF-alpha as well as with recombinant human TNF-alpha.

BMS154 selectively neutralizes human TNF-alpha bioactivity. BMS154 is suitable as primary antibody in staining for FACS analysis. TNF-D is suitable as capture or detection antibody in sandwich ELISA but is not suitable for Western blot analysis.

Applications Tested: ELISA, Flow Cytometry, Functional Studies (Blocking).
