The antibody MEM-55 recognizes a siliadase-sensitive extracellular epitope of CD45RB, a 180-240 kDa single chain type I membrane glycoprotein, variant of CD45 (CD45RB isoform). CD45RB is expressed on a subset of T lymphocytes, B lymphocytes, monocytes, macrophages, granulocytes and dendritic cells.

RECOMMENDED USAGE

Flow cytometry: The suggested use of this reagent is 5 µL per 1 million cells in a staining volume of 100 µL. If whole blood is analyzed, then use 5 µL per 100 µL. It is recommended that users titrate the antibody to obtain the optimal result for their specific application. The content of a vial (0.5 mL) is sufficient for 100 tests.
