The mouse monoclonal antibody TB3 recognizes an extracellular epitope on CD3 antigen of the TCR/CD3 complex on mature human T cells. This antibody has superior binding than the clone TB2.

RECOMMENDED USAGE

Flow cytometry: The suggested use of this reagent is 5 µL per 1 million cells in a staining volume of 100 µL. If whole blood is analyzed, then use 5 µL per 100 µL. It is recommended that users titrate the antibody to obtain the optimal result for their specific application. The content of a vial (0.5 mL) is sufficient for 100 tests.
