説明
The mouse monoclonal antibody clone EH12.2H7 binds to human CD279 (PD-1), an inhibitory checkpoint receptor expressed on activated T cells, B cells, NK cells, and subsets of myeloid cells. CD279 plays a central role in immune exhaustion, tolerance, and suppression during chronic antigen exposure and malignancy. Clone EH12.2H7 binds an extracellular epitope and is suited for flow cytometric profiling of T-cell exhaustion, immune checkpoint expression, and tumor-infiltrating lymphocyte characterization
