The mouse monoclonal antibody T21/8 recognizes an extracellular epitope on the N-teminus of CD195, an approximately 45 kDa G-protein coupled receptor 1 family protein expressed on resting T cells, monocytes, macrophages, and immature dendritic cells.

RECOMMENDED USAGE

Flow cytometry: The suggested use of this reagent is 5 µL per 1 million cells in a staining volume of 100 µL. If whole blood is analyzed, then use 5 µL per 100 µL. It is recommended that users titrate the antibody to obtain the optimal result for their specific application. The content of a vial (0.5 mL) is sufficient for 100 tests.
