The mouse monoclonal antibody EM-07 reacts with Fc part of human heavy chain of secreted IgG antibodies and with isolated Fc fragments. It does not react with IgG Fc domain in a complex of BCR (B cell antigen receptor).

RECOMMENDED USAGE

Flow cytometry: The suggested use of this reagent is 5 µL per 1 million cells in a staining volume of 100 µL. If whole blood is analyzed, then use 5 µL per 100 µL. It is recommended that users titrate the antibody to obtain the optimal result for their specific application. The content of a vial (0.5 mL) is sufficient for 100 tests.
