説明
The mouse monoclonal antibody AK7 recognizes an extracellular epitope of CD49b, a 160-165 kDa alpha subunit of VLA-2 integrin complex expressed on platelets, megakaryocytes, activated T and B cells, monocytes, epithelial cells, endothelial cells and fibroblasts.

RECOMMENDED USAGE
Flow cytometry: The suggested use of this reagent is 5 µL per 1 million cells in a staining volume of 100 µL. If whole blood is analyzed, then use 5 µL per 100 µL. It is recommended that users titrate the antibody to obtain the optimal result for their specific application. The content of a vial (0.5 mL) is sufficient for 100 tests.
