Tonbo’s Classic++™ Hot Start Taq DNA Polymerase is an ultra-sensitive next generation recombinant Taq polymerase. Novel hot start technology specifically blocks polymerase activity below 70^oC and improves yields by minimizing or eliminating primer dimer formation and non-specific amplification. For added convenience and value, the advanced Reaction Buffer (5X) includes dNTPs and MgCl₂. Use Classic++ Hot Start Taq DNA Polymerase for genotyping, colony screening, library construction and multiplex PCR applications under fast or standard cycling conditions. Tonbo's hot start polymerase allows for efficient amplification from complex templates and ultra-sensitive detection of low copy number templates.
