説明
The UP-H2 monoclonal antibody binds to human CD300e, also known as IREM-2 (immune receptor expressed by myeloid cells 2), CMRF35-A5, LMIR6, or CD300Le. CD300e is a 34 kD type I single transmembrane glycoprotein and is a member of the CD300 family and of the Ig-superfamily. CD300e is expressed on monocyte and myeloid dendritic cells, but not on granulocytes and lymphoid dendritic cells. CD300e is an activating receptor through interaction with DAP12.
The antibody was conjugated to a fluorophore and purified by affinity chromatography.
