The JOVI.1 monoclonal antibody recognizes a constant region of the T cell receptor beta chain, also known as T cell receptor beta constant 1 (TRBC1). It is expressed on a subset of TCRαβ T cells on the beta chain of the T Cell receptor. The immunogen used to generate the hybridoma were cells from transgenic animals expressing the human Vβ3-Cβ1 TCR chain that was cloned from the HA1.7 human T cell line.

RECOMMENDED USAGE

Each lot of this antibody is quality control tested using flow cytometric analysis. For flow cytometric staining, the suggested use of this reagent is 5 µL per 1 million cells in a staining volume of 100 µL. It is recommended that users titrate the antibody to obtain the optimal result for their specific application.

Please briefly centrifuge the reagent vial before use.
