The mouse monoclonal antibody E11 recognizes an extracellular epitope of CD35 (CR1), a type I transmembrane glycoprotein expressed on granulocytes, monocytes, B cells, folicular dendritic cells, erythrocytes, NK and T cell subsets, as well as e.g. on glomerulal podocytes.

RECOMMENDED USAGE

Flow cytometry: The suggested use of this reagent is 5 µL per 1 million cells in a staining volume of 100 µL. If whole blood is analyzed, then use 5 µL per 100 µL. It is recommended that users titrate the antibody to obtain the optimal result for their specific application. The content of a vial (0.5 mL) is sufficient for 100 tests.
