The mouse monoclonal antibody BV10A4 (BV10) reacts with an extracellular epitope of CD135 (FLT3, FLK2, STK-1), a 130-160 kDa type I transmembrane receptor tyrosine kinase that is involved in early steps of hematopoiesis.

RECOMMENDED USAGE

Flow cytometry: The suggested use of this reagent is 5 µL per 1 million cells in a staining volume of 100 µL. If whole blood is analyzed, then use 5 µL per 100 µL. It is recommended that users titrate the antibody to obtain the optimal result for their specific application. The content of a vial (0.5 mL) is sufficient for 100 tests.
