FAQs

If I have a quote from FlowCEL, will I need to get a new quote from Cytek?

  • All existing quotes prepared by FlowCEL on or prior to October 28, 2024 are valid and will not need to be reissued by Cytek unless you require a new quote or if your quote has expired.
  • Any new quotes requested after October 28, 2024 will need to be prepared by Cytek. Please contact customerserviceemea@cytekbio.com or +31 (0) 207653440, Option 1 to receive a new quote.

If I have already submitted a purchase order (PO) to FlowCEL, do I need to submit a new PO directly to Cytek?

No, any existing POs made out to FlowCEL prior to October 28, 2024 will not need to be resubmitted directly to Cytek. All terms and conditions listed on your PO issued by FlowCEL will be honored by Cytek.

How do I submit a new PO?

Any new PO sent after October 28, 2024 will need to be addressed to Cytek:

How do I pay for services I’ve been invoiced for by FlowCEL?

  • All unpaid invoices issued by FlowCEL prior to October 28, 2024 should be paid to FlowCEL.
  • If you received an invoice from FlowCEL after October 28, 2024, please contact customerserviceemea@cytekbio.com.
