Immunoprecipitation: Tyrosine-phosphorylated form of LAT is not optimally recognized.
Flow cytometry: Recommended dilution: 1-4 µg/ml, intracellular staining. Tyrosine-phosphorylated form of LAT is not optimally recognized.
Western blotting: Recommended dilution: 1-2 μg/ml.
