The mouse monoclonal antibody mAb 33 (also known as mAb #33 or 33) recognizes extracellular portion of CD158d / KIR2DL4, a 45 kDa NK cell marker. Cell surface expression and function of CD158d / KIR2DL4 depends on genotype of particular individuals.

RECOMMENDED USAGE

Flow cytometry: The suggested use of this reagent is 5 µL per 1 million cells in a staining volume of 100 µL. If whole blood is analyzed, then use 5 µL per 100 µL. It is recommended that users titrate the antibody to obtain the optimal result for their specific application. The content of a vial (0.5 mL) is sufficient for 100 tests.
