説明
The DREG56 monoclonal antibody reacts with human CD62L (L-selectin), a 65–76 kDa type I transmembrane glycoprotein and member of the selectin family of adhesion receptors. CD62L is constitutively expressed on neutrophils, monocytes, and subsets of T, B, and NK cells, with notably reduced expression on a substantial population of memory T cells. CD62L mediates leukocyte rolling on activated endothelium and homing to the high endothelial venules (HEV) of peripheral lymphoid tissues through interaction with glycosylated, fucosylated, sulfated sialylated ligands including CD34, GlyCAM-1, and MAdCAM-1. CD62L undergoes rapid shedding from the cell surface upon leukocyte activation, making it a useful marker for distinguishing naïve from effector/memory T cell subsets. The DREG56 clone was used by the HLDA workshop to establish the CD62L designation. This antibody is reported for use in flow cytometric analysis, immunohistochemistry of frozen sections, and functional blocking studies.

RECOMMENDED USAGE
Each lot of this antibody is quality control tested using flow cytometric analysis. For flow cytometric staining, the suggested use of this reagent is 5 μL per 1 million cells in a staining volume of 100 μL. If whole blood is analyzed, then use 5 μL per 100 μL. It is recommended that users titrate the antibody to obtain the optimal result for their specific application.
Please briefly centrifuge the reagent vial before use.
Use appropriate personal protective equipment per the product safety data sheet when using this product.
