cFluor® R780 Anti-Human CD64 (10.1)

説明
The mouse monoclonal antibody clone 10.1 binds to human CD64 (FcRI), a 75 kDa type I transmembrane protein. CD64 functions as a high-affinity receptor for IgG, facilitating antibody-dependent cell-mediated cytotoxicity (ADCC), phagocytosis, and cytokine production. CD64 is expressed on monocytes, macrophages, dendritic cells, and activated granulocytes, while mature granulocytes and lymphocytes lack expression. Increased expression of CD64 on neutrophils may be indicative of an active immune response to bacterial infection or sepsis in research applications. The 10.1 clone reportedly blocks the binding of immunoglobulin to FcRI.
