説明
The TULY56 monoclonal antibody binds to human CD56, a 120 to 180-kDa type I transmembrane glycoprotein in the immunoglobulin superfamily. Depending on the cytoplasmic domain, CD56 exists in three main isoforms: NCAM-120, NCAM-140, and NCAM-1801. CD56, also known as NCAM (Neural Cell Adhesion Molecule), Leu-19 and NKH1, is present on NK and NKT cells. CD56 is also expressed in the brain (cerebellum and cortex) and at neuromuscular junctions. Aberrant CD56 expression is observed in a range of hematological malignancies such as multiple myeloma and leukemia2 as well as in solid tumors such as lung cancer, ovarian cancer, and neuroblastoma3. The antibody was conjugated to a fluorophore and purified by chromatography.
