W6\/32 mAb recognizes a non-polymorphic epitope shared among products of the HLA-A, B, and C loci and immunoprecipitates both 43 kDa and 11-12 kDa chains. Crossreactivity is also seen in baboon, rhesus and cynomolgus monkey.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eApplications Reported: This W6\/32 antibody has been reported for use in flow cytometric analysis.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eApplications Tested: This W6\/32 antibody has been pre-diluted and tested by flow cytometric analysis of normal human peripheral blood cells. This may be used at 5 µL (0.5 µg) per test. A test is defined as the amount (µg) of antibody that will stain a cell sample in a final volume of 100 µL.
