The beta and gamma subunits possess immunoreceptor tyrosine-based activation motifs (ITAM). The Fc epsilon RI complex plays an important role in triggering IgE-mediated allergic reactions.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eApplications Reported: The MAR-1 antibody has been reported for use in flow cytometric analysis.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eApplications Tested: The MAR-1 antibody has been tested by flow cytometric analysis of the MC\/9 cell line (a mouse mast cell line). This can be used at less than or equal to 0.25 µg per test. A test is defined as the amount (µg) of antibody that will stain a cell sample in a final volume of 100 µL. Cell number should be determined empirically but can range from 10^5 to 10^8 cells\/test.
