CD64 is expressed on monocytes, macrophages, dendritic cells, and activated granulocytes, while mature granulocytes and lymphocytes lack expression. Increased expression of CD64 on neutrophils may be indicative of an active immune response to bacterial infection or sepsis in research applications.
