In the rat, CD90 is expressed by hematopoietic stem cells, immature B cells, thymocytes, recent thymic emigrants, neurons, inflammed endothelia and other cell types. In the CD90.1-expressing mouse strains, PL and AKR, CD90 is expressed by early hematopoietic cells in the bone marrow, thymocytes and mature T cells.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eApplications Reported:  This HIS51 antibody has been reported for use in flow cytometric analysis.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eApplications Tested: This HIS51 antibody has been tested by flow cytometric analysis of rat splenocytes. This can be used at less than or equal to 0.06 µg per test. A test is defined as the amount (µg) of antibody that will stain a cell sample in a final volume of 100 µL. Cell number should be determined empirically but can range from 10^5 to 10^8 cells\/test.
