CD69 is approximately 35 kDa and is expressed on the surface as a disulfide-linked dimer. While a small subset of lymphocytes in the thymus, spleen and lymph nodes express this antigen, activation of both T and B cells rapidly upregulates the surface expression of CD69, suggesting a role for CD69 in lymphocyte development and activation.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eApplications Reported: This H1.2F3 antibody has been reported for use in flow cytometric analysis.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eApplications Tested: This H1.2F3 antibody has been tested by flow cytometric analysis of stimulated mouse splenocytes. This may be used at less than or equal to 0.5 µg per test. A test is defined as the amount (µg) of antibody that will stain a cell sample in a final volume of 100 µL. Cell number should be determined empirically but can range from 10^5 to 10^8 cells\/test.
