The major ligand for CD62P on neutrophils is P-selectin glycoprotein ligand-1 (PSGL-1). This monoclonal antibody recognizes an epitope that is conserved across several species (e.g. mouse, human, and rat).\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eApplications Reported:  This Psel.KO2.12 antibody has been reported for use in flow cytometric analysis and for blocking CD62P-mediated adhesion.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eApplications Tested: This Psel.KO2.12 antibody has been tested by flow cytometric analysis on thrombin-activated mouse platelets. This can be used at less than or equal to 0.25 µg per test. A test is defined as the amount (µg) of antibody that will stain a cell sample in a final volume of 100 µL. Cell number should be determined empirically but can range from 10^5 to 10^8 cells\/test.
